For the second time in as many seasons, Plattsburgh State women's cross country senior Katie Ehmann collected All-Region honors as the Kingford, N.Y., product helped lead the Cardinals to a 17th-place finish at the NCAA Division III Atlantic Regional meet which was held at Genesee Valley State Park on Saturday afternoon.
